Starry Eyes Slim Gel Eye Liner

An ultra-slim 2mm gel eyeliner that is longlasting and easy to apply. No sharpening required. 

How to use:

1. Before using the eyeliner, apply powder or shadow to sufficiently remove oil from the eyes.

2. After filling the empty space between the eyelashes, draw an eye line according to the shape of the eye.

3. When the contents are used up, turn the lower part of the eyeliner to remove the contents.
